Watch your mailbox the Community Facilities Survey! 📨 Every household in the Oakes School District is being mailed a facilities survey to gather community feedback on future building needs. The paper survey includes a QR code and one-time access code to complete it online.
Parents and guardians also received an email from School Perceptions with a direct survey link—please be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it.
This survey is for feedback only and does not authorize a project or vote. All responses are anonymous and will be used to help guide future decisions following the 2024 bond referendum.
Households with multiple adults (18+) or anyone who did not receive a survey may request additional surveys or online codes by contacting the district office.
