Regular Route & Activities Bus Drivers
Oakes Public School is seeking bus drivers for regular routes, afternoons, and activities, responsibilities include:
- Operating school bus on assigned routes to and from school and special events
- Maintain a clean bus interior, including floors, windows, and seats
- Investigates and resolves safety hazards, equipment problems and emergency situations
- Moderate physical requirements, may be required to lift and move items weighing up to 35 pounds
- Pay is $49.11 per route (two routes per day)
- Activity Routes are $49.11 plus paid sit time
- Job to start August 23, 2023.

Sheyenne Valley Special Education Unit is seeking four (4) Special Education Paraprofessionals at Oakes Public Schools for the 2023-2024 school year.
Provide academic and behavioral support to students with special education needs. Work under the supervision of a certified special education teacher. High school diploma required, some college preferred. Background check to be completed. 35 hours per week. $11.75-$18.00/hour DOE. Paid health insurance, ND PERS retirement, and sick/vacation leave. Open until filled.

Part-Time Strength & Conditioning Coach
Oakes Public School is seeking a Strength & Conditioning Coach. This position is part-time, responsibilities include:
- Oversee the implementation of a strength and speed program for student-athletes in grades 9-12
- Plan, instruct and supervise the year-round implementation of the strength and speed program
- Work with coaches to design in and out of season strength and speed programs
- Maintain communication with other coaches, administration, athletes, and parents.
- Beginning salary $4,485.00
